We publish RoomMend, a room-by-room home checklist and fix planner. Pick a room, note an issue such as a loose rug or a dark hallway, add an optional photo, and choose when to address it. Track fixes, keep before-and-after records, and share a room PDF with family. The free app includes unlimited rooms and notes, walkthroughs, reminders and room PDFs; an optional one-time Plus purchase adds more homes and export options. Records work offline without an account. RoomMend organizes your notes; it does not inspect a home, detect hazards in photos, or certify safety.
